Thurgood Excavating is seeking a skilled and experienced Grader Operator / Grade Foreman to join our team.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for earthwork activities, including grading, leveling, and shaping the land. You will work closely with project managers, and other field personnel to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

 -Project Planning and Execution

-Crew Supervision and Training

 -Equipment Operation/Maintenance

 -Quality Control

 -Safety Compliance

Qualifications:

 -Experience as a grader operator and foreman

 -Strong leadership and supervisory skills

 -Excellent knowledge of grading techniques, earthmoving equipment, and construction practices

 -Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering plans

 -Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

 -Valid driver's license and CDL (preferred)

 -OSHA 10 or 30-hour certification
