RC Parkwest

RC Parkwest Phase 1 is a residential development in Syracuse, UT consisting of 40 single-family building lots and 9 multi-family townhome sites. Thurgood Excavating installed 18,500 linear feet of storm drain, land drain, sewer, culinary, and secondary pipe ranging from 8"-24". In addition to underground utilities, our contract included prepping and grading the site for asphalt.
